Kempton Accountancy is a reliable, modern Accountancy Practice offering a full range of services to meet all your requirements. Established in 2013 we cover Northamptonshire and surrounding areas, we strive to help small businesses grow and prosper whilst offering larger companies adhoc assistance with a variety of accountancy services. Our services include Vat Returns, Year End Accounts, Payroll/CIS, Bookkeeping, self-assessment tax returns including MTD and a full range of Company Secretarial services.
We are proud members of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT), holding full membership since February 2010. We have also achieved FMAAT status — the highest level of membership within the AAT.
As an AAT Licensed Accountant, Kempton Accountancy Services Ltd is fully regulated by the AAT for the accountancy and tax services we provide. AAT Licence number : 251573
VAT
For businesses that are VAT registered, the completion of VAT returns can seem daunting with all the particular rules that apply.
Year End Accounts
All Limited Companies are required to submit to HMRC and to Companies House a set of annual accounts in a specified format by a specified date each year.
Payroll/CIS
Payroll is not a task that can be avoided, staff have to be paid and employers are responsible for making the correct deductions for tax and national insurance.
Bookkeeping
Bookkeeping is a big part of the administration of your business and being efficient and keeping your records up to date is important but is also very time-consuming.
Self-assessment tax returns and MTD for Income Tax
You may be required to complete a tax return if say you are self-employed, a company director or receive income from property or investment income.
Company Secretarial
The Companies Act legislation places strict obligations on companies to submit the required documents according to deadlines.
We also offer training
Kempton accountancy understands the need for businesses to use modern accountancy software like Sage, however that doesn't make it any less daunting for a business who has never used accounting software but we can provide you with the support and reassurance that you need.

We have been a full member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) since February 2010 and have also gained the status of FMAAT (Fellow Member of Association of Accounting Technicians), being the highest level of membership you can achieve within the AAT.
